Responsibilities:
The Commercial Service Manager is responsible for pursuing opportunities for our Ford Pro Commercial Vehicle Customers and our Ford Mobile Service Program.
Identify fleet prospects and providing convenient solutions tailored to the customer's needs
Coordinate and arrange meetings to attract new customers as well as build value with existing customers
Participate in Mobile Service vehicle demonstrations at customers location, trade shows, and dealership events
Monitor service work in process to ensure that customers are kept informed of repair status and that repairs are completed in a timely manner, and all deadlines are met.
Follow-up with customers to ensure objectives are met
Address customer concerns quickly and effectively.
Maintain high ethical standards in all activities
Build and maintain positive and productive working relationships within and across departments through clear communications
Qualifications/Requirements:
Previous Dealership Service Advisor / Management experience
Outstanding customer service and customer retention skills
Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills to effectively develop expectations and relationships with internal and external customers
Team building and development ability, motivational and leadership skills
Self-motivated and able to manage many simultaneous projects and responsibilities
Resume must be uploaded for immediate consideration.
Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship and be a current resident.
Must pass pre-employment testing to include background checks, MVR, and drug screen.
