Job description

Legacy Talent Search is currently seeking candidates for a General Laborer role in Portland, OR. Our client is a well-established industry leader known for innovation and a commitment to delivering the highest quality products. Key Responsibilities:
· Perform a variety of general labor tasks including material handling, site cleanup, and basic equipment operation.
· Assist with loading and unloading materials, tools, and finished products.
· Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
· Support production or warehouse teams with daily operational needs.
· Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines to ensure a secure workplace.
· Operate basic hand tools and equipment as needed.
· Assist with inventory organization and material staging.
· Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily goals and deadlines.
· Report any safety concerns, equipment issues, or operational challenges to supervisors.
· Participate in routine maintenance and general upkeep of work areas.

Qualifications:
· High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
· Previous general labor, construction, or warehouse experience is a plus but not required.
· Ability to lift up to 50+ lbs and perform physical tasks for extended periods.
· Strong work ethic and reliability.
· Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team.

Schedule & Pay:
