Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise and coordinate daily laboratory activities to ensure efficient workflow and adherence to protocols

- Oversee sample collection, processing, and analysis to maintain accuracy and quality standards

- Train, mentor, and evaluate laboratory staff to foster professional development and ensure compliance

- Maintain and calibrate laboratory equipment, ensuring proper functioning and safety standards

- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations
