Essential Functions

  • Manages inspections of raw materials, equipment, processes and finished products.
  • Implements quality standards and ensures protocols are followed for quality assurance testing models.
  • Assists in the design and implementation of policies and procedures for testing and evaluating the precision and accuracy of products and/or equipment.
  • Ensures projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Leads and directs the work of other employees and has responsibility for personnel actions including hiring, performance management, and termination with concurrence from HR & General Managers.

Required Qualifications

  • Required education and experience: Associate's Degree and 7-8 years' experience OR Equivalent Combination of Relevant Education &/or Experience
  • Critical professional related technical skills; computer skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Preferred education and experience: Bachelor's Degree
  • Discipline/Major: Engineering degree preferred
  • Knowledge, skills & abilities: Management Skills. Foster Teamwork. Analytical Thinking. Detail Oriented. Research. Project Management. Quality Assurance Process. Quality Control/Testing.   • Work may require employee to work inside and outside with exposure to changing climate and/or operate machinery.

Travel Requirements:
