Location: Hopkinton, MA

Bloom Talent Solutions is proud to partner with one of North America's leading commercial landscape service organizations to identify a Project Manager who will oversee the successful execution of commercial landscape construction and hardscape projects.

This role serves as the operational leader responsible for coordinating field operations, managing subcontractors, maintaining project schedules and budgets, and ensuring clients receive exceptional service from project kickoff through completion.

Role Overview

The Project Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, and delivering commercial landscape construction projects while ensuring quality, profitability, and client satisfaction.

Working closely with Field Operations Managers (FOMs), Crew Leaders, subcontractors, vendors, and clients, this position oversees multiple active projects while keeping production on schedule, managing purchasing, processing change orders, and maintaining accurate job costing.

This is a leadership and coordination role rather than a hands-on field position.

Key Responsibilities

Project Management

  • Manage 2 to 3 active commercial landscape construction and hardscape projects simultaneously.
  • Coordinate daily production schedules with Field Operations Managers and Crew Leaders.
  • Monitor project schedules, budgets, quality standards, and overall progress.
  • Identify project risks early and develop solutions to keep projects on schedule and within budget.

Purchasing & Project Coordination

  • Coordinate material purchasing and delivery schedules.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation and job costing within Aspire or similar software.
  • Process and manage change orders in a timely manner.
  • Prepare daily and weekly schedules to ensure crews are deployed efficiently.

Subcontractor & Client Management

  • Coordinate subcontractors to ensure project scope, pricing, schedules, and quality expectations are met.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, architects, property managers, and vendors throughout each project.
  • Maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication and project updates.

Team Leadership & Safety

  • Partner with Field Operations Managers to support Crew Leader development, training, and performance.
  • Promote a safe working environment by enforcing company safety standards and jobsite compliance.
  • Support winter snow operations and be available during snow events as needed.

Qualifications

  • 3 to 7+ years of experience in commercial landscape construction, hardscape construction, or commercial construction project management.
  • Experience managing multiple construction projects simultaneously.
  • Strong understanding of project scheduling, purchasing, budgeting, and job costing.
  • Experience coordinating subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Experience with Aspire or similar landscape management software is preferred.
  • General contractor or superintendent experience with direct field exposure will also be considered.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Competitive base salary
  • Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision benefits
  • Paid time off and company holidays
  • Professional development and leadership growth opportunities
  • Opportunity to join one of North America's leading commercial landscape organizations

How to Apply

If you're an experienced construction or landscape professional who enjoys leading projects, building strong client relationships, and delivering exceptional results, we'd love to hear from you.
