We are looking for a Planning Consultant (all genders) to complete our dynamic team in Lithuania.   

Your Tasks

  • Drive the achievement of sales targets within your designated area.
  • Acquire and manage of core target groups.          
  • Provide expert advice and support in drawing up plans for project tenders and their follow-up.
  • Holding product launches and conduct engaging training sessions.
  • Foster intensive collaboration with commercial and technical staff, both field and office workers.
  • Plan and execute marketing campaigns in partnership with our headquater in Attendorn (Germany).
  • Engage in continuous dialogue with customers and expansion of company's market position.
  • Conduct in-depth market analysis in "planning market".

Your Profile

  • Extensive sales experience, ideally within the sanitary and heating industry.
  • Demonstrated expertise in executing and managing projects.
  • Deep understanding of market dynamics and sales strategies.
  • Familiarity with CAD software is a plus, enhancing your technical toolkit.
  • Proficient in CRM systems, with a confident command of tools for managing customer relationships.
  • Skills in SAP/R3, with comprehensive knowledge of all sales-relevant modules.
  • Exceptional planning abilities.
  • Solid foundation in marketing principles, driving impactful campaigns and initiatives.
