Consultant in Rewards / Gender Pay Gap Area

We are looking for an experienced Consultant to join our European Consulting Team, specializing in Rewards and Gender Pay Gap analysis. This role involves working closely with clients to review pay gap data, provide compliance-based reports, and deliver actionable insights. If you have a keen eye for detail, strong analytical skills, and experience in HR consulting, we want to hear from you!

YOU WILL
  • Review pay gap analysis (including Excel analysis) and present compliance-based reports.
  • Lead client presentations and share recommendations, connecting insights to broader solutions.
  • Collaborate with project teams while taking ownership of project management.
YOU NEED
  • Experience in Compensation and Benefits, HR consulting, Gender Pay Gap Reporting, or Analytics.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy, with the ability to identify small errors and manage multiple priorities.
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, with the ability to manipulate and present data effectively.
  • Previous experience in generating stories around complex data and presenting them to small, diverse groups.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to engage with clients.
  • Ability to work independently on complex tasks while managing multiple projects.
