If you love the challenge of fitting components to tight tolerances and seeing a finished repair perform flawlessly, we want to talk to you!

What You'll Do
  • Assemble, align, and fit components for industrial gearboxes to technical drawings, repair specs, and tolerances.
  • Inspect, clean, and prep parts for assembly — quality starts before the first bolt goes on.
  • Use precision tools (micrometers, dial indicators, torque wrenches) to verify accuracy at every step.
  • Apply proper lubrication, sealing, and fastening techniques for repairs that last.
  • Team up with machinists, technicians, and engineers to troubleshoot and solve assembly challenges.
  • Keep your work area clean, organized, and safe, following shop safety protocols.
