Job Description Summary
This role is responsible for leading engine hardware execution and delivery to support New Product Introductions (NPI) and hardware change management for assigned Aeroderivative Engine Program components. The position serves as the critical connection point and interface between Engineering, Supply Chain, and Customer-facing teams, with a focus on ensuring manufacturing readiness, driving execution, and achieving on-time delivery.
Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
  • Provide cross functional leadership and manufacturing expertise for assigned hardware to drive producibility, quality and delivery.
  • Lead cross-functional activities with engineering, sourcing, external suppliers, GE shops & GE's supply chain teams for assigned hardware.
  • Serve as manufacturing representative for PCB, Tollgate and Technical reviews for assigned hardware to align program budgets with hardware need date requirements.
  • Support the development of program plans by translating them into requirements and milestones for hardware procurement. Integrate hardware scheduling milestones to create actionable plans that ensure on-time delivery of required hardware. Participate in FLIGHT DECK daily management to drive execution, maintain plans for every part, manage line of balance files, track pressure-to-plan metrics, and provide weekly performance updates for assigned hardware
  • Collaborate directly with suppliers to enhance manufacturing readiness and producibility, ensuring high-quality standards and on-time delivery.
  • Uses high level of judgment and experience to understand MRL and drive actions to mature readiness level of component manufacturing.

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in manufacturing, manufacturing programs, quality, component repair or product management.

  • Extensive experience in manufacturing, sourcing, or quality.
  • Knowledge of GE engineering design & systems processes
  • Demonstrated ability to resolve problems in commercial, engineering & sourcing/supply chain disciplines
  • Strong knowledge of FLIGHT DECK

  • Strong interpersonal & leadership skills
  • Flexibility for approximately 25% domestic and international travel

This role requires access to U.S. export-controlled information.
