Summary:

The Logistics Analyst III provides operational and strategic logistics analysis and support for Army equipping, transportation, and modernization requirements. This position coordinates with Army Commands (ACOM), Army Service Component Commands (ASCC), and Direct Reporting Units (DRU) to synchronize and implement equipping guidance and concepts.

Responsibilities

Essential Job Functions:

  • Manages and analyzes Army equipping guidance and related logistics requirements.
  • Coordinates with ACOM, ASCC, and DRU organizations to synchronize equipping, transportation, and modernization guidance.
  • Supports development and implementation of operational and strategic logistics plans, concepts, and initiatives.
  • Analyzes logistics data and develops reports, briefings, and recommendations for senior leadership.
  • Supports coordination and synchronization of Army logistics requirements across organizational stakeholders.
  • Develop reports and briefings and present information to senior leaders.
  • Shall operate and manage tools such as GCSS- Army and DST.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications

Necessary Skills and Knowledge:

  • Ability to handle multiple simultaneous assignments.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience required in Microsoft Excel, Pivot Tables and SharePoint.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Minimum of ten years' experience working at the brigade or above level with five years at the ACOM or ASCC level.
  • Must have an active Secret clearance.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Any related professional certifications.

Pay and Benefits

The annual salary range for this position is $90,000 to $110,000.
