Pay: $23.00 per hour

Schedule: Sunday through Thursday, 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM

Employment Type: Full-Time

Job Summary

We are seeking a professional and reliable Unarmed Security Officer Site Supervisor to oversee daily access control operations at a gated community in Haymarket, Virginia. The Site Supervisor will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment, monitoring entry and exit activity, supervising assigned security personnel, and ensuring all post orders and client expectations are followed.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise security officers assigned to the gated community site.
  • Monitor and control access for residents, visitors, vendors, and contractors.
  • Verify credentials, issue visitor passes and maintain accurate access logs.
  • Patrol assigned areas as needed to ensure safety and security.
  • Respond professionally to incidents, emergencies, and resident concerns.
  • Complete daily activity reports, incident reports, and other required documentation.
  • Ensure all officers follow company policies, site procedures, and post orders.
  • Communicate clearly with management, residents, and team members.
  • Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude while on duty.

Qualifications

  • Previous security experience required.
  • Prior supervisory or lead officer experience preferred.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations.
  • Must be dependable, punctual, and able to work the assigned schedule.
  • Basic computer and report-writing skills required.
  • Must be able to stand, walk, and remain alert during the shift.
