To thrive as a Gasser, you need a solid understanding of gas plant operations, safety protocols, and relevant industry regulations, often supported by a high school diploma or equivalent and on-the-job training. Familiarity with gas detection equipment, pressure gauges, and computer-based monitoring systems is typically required.
