Dietary Aide – Evening Shift | Make Mealtime Special for Our Residents

Location: Fairmount Homes – Ephrata, PA Shift: 4:00 PM – 7:00 PM | 9–12 hours/week | Every other weekend (Saturday & Sunday) Pay: $18.30 – $19.80/hour + $1 Evening Differential + $1.25 Weekend Differential

What You'll Do:

  • Assist cooks with preparing and serving quality meals while following safety and sanitation standards
  • Deliver hot and cold foods, beverages, and nourishments to residents and designated locations
  • Serve meals in collaboration with nursing team members in Healthcare and Personal Care areas
  • Prepare toast, coffee, and beverages for meals
  • Portion and serve sandwiches, salads, fruit, desserts, and condiments
  • Set tables, clear dishes, and sanitize dining areas after meals
  • Operate and maintain dishwashing equipment
  • Stock and organize kitchen supplies as needed

  • Basic knowledge of safe and sanitary food handling practices (we'll train you!)
