Henkels & McCoy currently seeking Laborer for our Telecom program in Indiana. Current work locations are: Elkhart, Valparaiso, Lafayette, Kokomo, Marion Responsibilities Broom/Shovel work assisting crew in underground utility construction. Assist crew members in trenching, digging, pulling and removing material.

Operate power equipment for demolition, concrete removal, grading, truck/dumpster loading, site clean‐up and other general tasks using company and/or rental equipment. Monitor and maintain condition of company equipment. Loads and unload trucks and haul/hoist materials.

Participate in daily job briefing and safety meetings. Qualifications Must be able to lift, reach, dig and carry heavy objects; with frequent lifting up to 50 pounds and infrequent lifting of up to 100 pounds. Must be able to wear all required personal safety equipment.

A valid driver's license is required. Pre‐Employment Drug Testing. Must be available for overtime weekday and/or weekend.
