Introduction:
Join our dedicated team as a Design Engineer – Natural Gas, where you will support critical natural gas infrastructure projects within our growing New Business team. ENTRUST Solutions Group is an industry leader in engineering consulting, known for its expanding gas utility presence and commitment to delivering high‑quality, community‑impacting infrastructure solutions. In this role, you will be at the forefront of natural gas distribution design, plan review, and project coordination, ensuring safe, efficient, and compliant delivery of new business projects.

Responsibilities:

In this role, you will support the full lifecycle of natural gas distribution projects while working closely with project engineers, designers, and cross‑functional stakeholders. Your responsibilities will include preparing engineering designs, performing technical calculations, developing pipeline routes, and creating construction cost estimates. You will contribute to projects involving meter sets, regulator stations, subdivisions, main extensions, and service design. Collaboration with internal teams, municipalities, and external partners is essential, along with providing field support and participating in site visits as needed. This position offers hybrid work flexibility, with in‑person collaboration, meetings, and site visits based in Indianapolis, IN, within a collaborative and supportive office environment.
