FEV North America, Inc is a global engineering consultancy providing services to the automotive industry as well as the heavy-duty and commercial engine industry. If you are interested in joining a team of experienced engineers creating advanced powertrain designs to address future performance, fuel economy and emissions requirements, FEV is where you want to be.

FEV has an opportunity for an Emissions Technician who analyzes the air emissions that are coming from the exhaust of the motor vehicle.

  • Perform maintenance and calibration of modern automotive exhaust gas analyzers
  • Produce and maintain quality documents generated with MS Word and Excel
  • Troubleshoot and repair modern automotive exhaust gas analyzers
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 1-3 years' experience servicing and maintaining modern automotive exhaust gas analyzer equipment
  • Must have Horiba MEXA-ONE emissions equipment experience
  • Ability to maintain quality records and procedures
  • Ability to read electrical and gas flow diagrams
  • Must have strong written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to work well both within a team and independently
  • Education: Two-year degree or equivalent preferred
  • Must be able to work 2nd Shift (3:00pm – 11:30pm) or 3rd Shift (11:30pm - 7:00am)
