About Our Family

We're a busy, close-knit family with one daughter still at home, two college-aged children frequently in and out, and a beloved pet turtle named Toast.

Both parents work full-time in a fast-paced, growing company, and dad travels frequently for work. Life moves quickly in our household, and while we've built many systems and routines over the years, we've reached the point where having the right support would make a huge difference in our day-to-day quality of life.

We're looking for someone who can help keep the household running smoothly through organization, meal prep, errands, and thoughtful day-to-day management that lightens the mental load behind the scenes. Our days can be full and sometimes unpredictable, so having someone dependable, proactive, and steady would be incredibly valuable to our family.

Our goal is to create a home environment that feels calm, organized, cared for, and welcoming - a place where we can spend more quality time together as a family instead of constantly managing household logistics.

We value kindness, trust, reliability, professionalism, initiative, and a good sense of humor. We're ultimately looking for someone who genuinely enjoys helping create a home that runs smoothly and feels peaceful behind the scenes.

Who You Are / What We're Looking For
  • Project manager mentality - You enjoy seeing tasks through from beginning to end without needing constant oversight.
  • Highly intuitive and proactive - You naturally notice what needs to be done, take initiative without constant oversight, and enjoy creating systems that help a household run smoothly.
  • Organization and systems oriented - You thrive on creating order, maintaining systems, and building routines that make daily life feel easier and more peaceful.
  • Detail-oriented - You approach everything thoughtfully, from selecting quality groceries to properly caring for household items and noticing the small things that matter.
  • Independent and self-sufficient - You're confident in managing responsibilities efficiently while maintaining a calm, steady presence within the home.
  • Warm yet professional - You bring grounded, positive energy into the household while still maintaining professionalism, strong boundaries, and respect for the family's space and routines.
  • Adaptable and dependable - You can shift priorities when needed and handle the moving pieces of a busy household with grace and consistency.
  • Anticipates needs - You understand that the best support often comes from helping everything flow seamlessly day to day, while always staying ahead
  • Take pride in creating calm - Above all, you genuinely enjoy helping create a home environment that feels organized, welcoming and cared for.
