• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to obtain in-depth insights into clients’ mental health issues, leading to the development of personalized treatment plans.
• Deliver high-quality individual therapy sessions using a variety of evidence-based modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), tailored to meet the distinct needs of each client.
• Collaborate with clients to establish clear therapeutic goals, continuously monitor their progress, and adjust treatment strategies when necessary.
• Offer flexible teletherapy options, accommodating clients with various accessibility challenges or preferences for virtual sessions.
• Ensure precise and timely documentation of sessions and treatment plans in compliance with ethical and regulatory standards, reflecting our dedication to accountability and professionalism.

The clients you will serve at Garden of Mary Psychological Center come from diverse backgrounds and face a range of mental health challenges, including but not limited to trauma, anxiety, depression, and relationship issues. Your therapeutic support will empower these individuals to explore and address their struggles, paving their path toward healing and personal growth.

• Possession of a current and valid state license in one of the following: Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A Master’s degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Proven ability to communicate effectively and build strong interpersonal relationships with clients, fostering a safe and trusting therapeutic environment.
• Demonstrated empathy, compassion, and a non-judgmental attitude toward the diverse experiences and challenges faced by clients.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, allowing for effective management of caseloads and necessary administrative tasks.

• Experience in providing teletherapy services, utilizing technology to enhance client engagement and accessibility.
• Familiarity with treatment approaches that address trauma and anxiety, helping clients navigate their mental health journeys.
• Experience working in community health settings or similar environments is highly desirable.
