ProLift Garage Doors seeks an experienced Garage Door Technician to perform service and repairs for the greater Athens, GA area. If you have prior experience working as a garage repair technician (residential or commercial) or have experience from a comparable position, please apply.

Position Overview
As a garage door technician at ProLift, you will travel in a company work truck to the customer's home to diagnose their garage door issues. You will then build and present a quote to repair their door during that appointment or share a quote to replace their garage door as needed.
Responsibilities
  • Repair various types of garage doors and openers
  • Choose the best solutions for each application as it pertains to safety, functionality, and performance
  • The Repair Technician will also troubleshoot, repair, and perform periodic maintenance on new and existing equipment
  • Manage the truck, its inventory as well as their schedule and client communications
  • Utilize Service Titan software to share estimates, invoice customers, and follow up with prospects

Qualifications
  • 1+ years of experience repairing or installing residential garage doors and motors is required
  • Mechanical aptitude - knowledge and skill in using various hand and power tools
  • Sales and customer service experience is highly preferred
