Job Description:

Our Technology Service & Integration team is looking for a CRM Conversion Lead to join our team of Merger and Acquisitions specialists. This hands-on leadership role joins a fast-paced team that aims to make the integration of newly acquired businesses as seamless and minimally disruptive as possible through solid project management, relationship building, and effective communications and change management.

What You’ll Do

This role will directly manage large CRM Conversion Project dedicated to the onboarding and adoption of new teams to the Hightower platform.

  • Project Management throughout the deal lifecycle from Operational Due Diligence to post-conversion transition to Business as Usual of multiple concurrent CRM Conversions
  • Coordination of functional, data conversion, and business operations stakeholders
  • Gap Analysis of legacy CRM compared to Hightower Platform
  • Coaching of oncoming teams on best practices and Hightower CRM usage
  • Continued process improvement for integration processes and deliverable templates
  • Travel is required for key diligence and transition milestones

What You’ll Bring

  • Bachelor’s Degree in computer science Business, Finance or Technology and 5-10 years of experience in technology M&A
  • Proven track record of relationship management across acquisition targets, technology vendors, and cross-functional departments
  • Experience with Salesforce, Junxure, RedBlack, and other CRMs a plus
  • Experience across a variety of CRM transition projects
  • Demonstrated excellence in service and ownership of project outcomes
