Job description

HyperActive Gaming is looking for slot machine technicians to help service our locations throughout Illinois.

Description:

  • Install, maintain and repair Hyperactive Gaming products (Video game terminals and Redemption Terminals)
  • Maintenance/Configuring computer and security networks
  • Transporting of Company assets and equipment to Licensed establishments
  • Collect, fill and perform basic maintenance on Redemption Terminals
  • Collect from Video gaming devices installed at Licensed Hyperactive Gaming establishments
  • Interact with establishment/venues along with patrons in a courteous and professional manner
  • Provide technical support on-site or via phone or other communication methods
  • Adhere to all Company policies and documented procedures
  • Currently have or be able to be licensed as a Terminal Handler within the state of Illinois (IGB)
  • Drive safely for up to 50-mile commutes within Chicagoland/ Illinois area (am/pm or both), Vehicles will be provided
  • Candidates must be available for all shifts

Pay scale:

$24/ hr. normal business hours Mon-Friday

$26/ hr. after 5pm Mon-Friday

$28/ hr. weekends

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Strong Communication Skills
  • Ability to Complete Tasks with Minimal Direction
  • Mechanically and technologically inclined
  • Must be 21 years of age, pass a criminal background check for licensure with the Illinois Gaming Board and state driver’s license.
  • Must be able to lift 25 pounds
  • Must live within surrounding area
