Job description

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Performs all ATM, JDU, and MIMO fills, credits, and repairs.
• Works effectively and maintains positive relationships with internal and external venders and guests.
• Assists guests with transactional needs related to ATMs, JDUs, and MIMOs.
• Monitors status and working areas for ATMs, JDUs, and MIMOs ensuring all are operational and areas are secure and clean.
• Balances monies received and disbursed.
• Conducts operation of basic slot machinery, cash dispensing machine, redemption machine, bill counter, and calculator.
• Maintains current knowledge of local jurisdiction gaming laws (federal, state, compact, etc.) and attendant regulations, as well as internal controls, policies and procedures.
• Promotes departmental and property-wide promotions continually.
• Brings employee concerns and/or problems and unusual guest activities to the attention of the shift manager.
• Promotes positive guest relations through prompt, courteous and efficient service.
• Performs all other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must be able to frequently lift 20 pounds or more.
