Knighted is expanding fast across California, and we're hosting a virtual hiring event on Wednesday, June 17 to fill 40+ Gaming Associate openings across four locations. Our virtual hiring event compresses the standard interview process so qualified candidates can be hired and start training quickly. Selected candidates can begin training as early as Monday, June 22.

Schedule & Shift Details
  • Work Schedule: Full-time only. 4 days per week, 10 hours per shift (3 days off each week).
  • Weekend Requirements: Friday, Saturday, and Sunday availability is required.
  • Shifts: Be prepared to work late-night and overnight hours.
  • Training Schedule: Mon-Fri, for first 3 to 5 weeks.

Qualifications
  • Must be 21 years of age or older
  • Authorization to work in the U.S.
  • Proficient in mental math (addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division)
  • Open availability for the casino's 24/7 hours of operation
  • Ability to pass a lifetime background check, credit check, and drug screen for state licensure

Physical

Physical Requirements
  • Able to sit or stand at a gaming table for 3-4 hours at a time
  • Able to use hands and fingers in a dexterous manner (rotating wrists, grabbing, pulling, pushing, pinching, tapping)
  • Able to lift 5-10 pounds for chip management and bank reconciliation (varies by location)
  • Able to see, speak, and hear clearly during gameplay
  • Necessary vision capabilities: close, distance, color, peripheral, and depth perception
  • Comfortable with direct communication and giving corrections when needed
  • Able to stay focused and manage stress effectively in fast-paced, high-pressure environments
