About the role
We are looking for an absolute wizard of a graphic designer to join our growing marketing team. This exciting opportunity will support our Director of Brand and Creative and Lead Designer in ensuring all departments have assets that represent the brand flawlessly, evoke emotion, and move their intended audiences into action, with a focus on digital deliverables, from social media content to email to DTC, amazon and other online retail platforms.
If you're a graphic designer who has an expert level knowledge of adobe creative suite, experience prompting and developing assets utilizing ai design tools, is skilled in animation design, is well versed in CPG marketing, has an excellent creative eye, is adaptable to various brand styles, has a strong attention to detail, is able to execute at a fast pace, enjoys taking initiative and learning new tools, has a genuine love for social media, thrives in a collaborative environment and loves delivering exciting visual experiences, this job is for you.
The ability to quickly understand and embed brand visual identity, graphic systems, and distinctive assets into all of the work is a must!
Responsibilities and Duties:
As the senior graphic designer, you'll be responsible for delivering effective, aesthetic, and on-strategy creative graphics for website, social media, email marketing, packaging, PR initiatives, digital paid media, sales decks, renders, retail deliverables and more, as well as the curation, organization and delivery of existing graphic assets.
  • Concept and execute creative across all digital mediums for the brand, including social, digital ads, DTC, email marketing, retailer PDPs, decks, etc.
  • Translate creative briefs into strategic design solutions that tell a compelling story
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams both internally and externally to support brand initiatives, product launches, and customer engagement efforts
  • Curate and deliver new ideas to social and creative teams to ensure our content remains new, unique, exciting, relevant and eye-catching.
  • Update and manage existing materials to new, current designs
  • Maintain library of graphic assets for team use
  • Create digital mockups for sales prospecting
  • Create style guides and pitch decks to inspire and excite internal and external partners.
  • Create social media content as needed, including static images, GIFS & video; collaborate with team to execute against SM calendar and campaigns
  • Conceptualize new ways to visualize content & deliver effective and delightful brand experiences that drive sales, increase engagement, build community and more
  • Maintain brand feel and voice across all assets
  • Stay abreast of new design trends, functionalities, & best practices

Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience as a designer working within various mediums, including digital and print
  • Experience in CPG & packaging design
  • Highly proficient in adobe creative suite, particularly illustrator and photoshop
  • Experience, interest in or aptitude for light copywriting a major plus***
  • Highly proficient in motion design
  • Proficient in AI prompting and design development in post production
  • Experience in illustration
  • Creative, fast-learner, enthusiastic, adaptable & works well within teams
  • Strong understanding of branding, marketing, advertising, packaging, digital
  • Ability to adapt to brand feel and identity within your design execution
  • A strong understanding of character and story and the ability to evoke them through graphics
  • Experience in Figma a plus
  • Comprehensive understanding of and passion for core design principals including typography, color theory, layout and spatial composition
  • Demonstrated experience in photo retouching, editing and color correction
  • Web development experience is a plus
  • Ability to thrive in a challenging and constantly changing working landscape.
