Position Summary
The Graphic Designer supports the Creative Engagement & Events Team in the development and execution of marketing and communications materials. This role is responsible for creating both digital and print designs-including social media graphics, infographics, presentations, point-of-sale campaigns, and event graphics-that align with company branding and marketing strategies. The Graphic Designer collaborates with internal departments and external partners to deliver high-quality creative solutions, ensuring brand consistency across all platforms. The role also contributes to continuous improvement by staying current with industry trends, competitor activities, and new design technologies.
Job Duties / Key Accountabilities
  • Design Development: Create and execute designs for digital and print marketing materials, including social media graphics, infographics, presentations, proposals, point-of-sale campaigns, trade show graphics, and event materials.
  • Brand Consistency: Ensure all creative output aligns with company brand standards and maintains consistency across platforms and channels.
  • Collaboration: Partner with internal teams (Communications, Product Marketing, Sales) and external vendors to develop creative solutions that support business objectives.
  • Project Management: Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and maintaining high-quality standards under tight timelines.
  • Innovation: Stay current with design trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to recommend and apply innovative techniques that enhance creative impact.
  • Production Execution: Prepare and finalize design files for print production, digital publication, and large-format event graphics.
  • Creative Support: Provide visual design support for corporate initiatives, licensed property campaigns, and product promotions.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline design workflows and implement new tools or techniques to improve efficiency and creative output.

Qualifications / Skills / Knowledge
Required
Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Experience
  • 1-4 years of professional design experience in a creative agency or corporate design environment.
