Key responsibilities include utilizing a variety of systems such as Excel, SAS, SQL, Tableau, and other relational data bases to provide analytical support on strategies, ensure goals are met, and propose policy and procedural changes within segmentation structures to produce optimal results. Job expectations include evaluating data to assess potential fraud risk and create mitigation strategies.


This job is responsible for performing more complex analysis and modeling to minimize loss exposure and negative impacts to the customer experience. Key responsibilities include utilizing a variety of systems such as PowerShell, JavaScript, Alteryx, Python, SQL, Tableau, and other relational data bases to provide analytical support on strategies, ensure goals are met and propose policy and procedural changes within segmentation structures to produce optimal results.
Responsibilities:
The Business Analytics and Enablement Team for Global Operations is seeking an experienced Data Analyst and Developer to support the development and maintenance of reports and dashboards. This person will be responsible for working with our Product Management team to ensure that business, team and enterprise standards for reporting and governance are exceeded. Our team strives to implement scalable automated solutions and creatively solve the business short term needs effectively and efficiently while balancing the solution to support long term vision. Job expectations include evaluating data to assess potential risk and create mitigation strategies.

Responsibilities:

  • Recommends ways to help the business achieve desired outcomes and make informed business decisions using data analysis outputs
  • Performs complex analysis of financial models, market data, financial data, and portfolio trends to understand product performance and improve portfolio risk, profitability, performance forecasting, and operational performance
  • Leads coordination of the production of product performance reports and updates for senior management

    Required Skills:
    Minimum 1year experience as Data Analyst or Process/ Project Management or similar role in financial services industry
    Effectively collaborate with team members, customers, and subject matter experts to clarify requirements and complete user acceptance testing
    Talent for combining business acumen with analytical skills, interpret large amounts of data, synthesize multiple analysis into a coherent message and translate into actionable insights
    Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet project delivery dates
    Comfortably communicate (oral and written) with team members and customers to influence outcomes
    Proficient in independent work and team projects, executing on-time and with precision
    Create, review, and monitor requirement documents needed to support repeatability, business continuity, governance and audit requirements
    Stay current with the latest developments in Bank of America approved software and applications
