Job description

.Adecco Creative & Marketing is partnering with a global gaming and technology company to hire Customer Service Agents supporting its growing online lottery and gaming business .

This role supports customers through phone, chat, and email , helping with account questions, payments, technical issues, games, and general troubleshooting. The ideal candidate is customer-focused, comfortable navigating multiple systems, and able to quickly resolve issues in a fast-paced environment.

Position Details

  • Location: Lansing, MI - Hybrid

  • Schedule: Full-time

  • Pay: $ 19.00/hour

  • Work Model: 3 days onsite / 2 days remote

  • Potential Conversion: Opportunity to convert to a direct employee after approximately 4 months; conversion is not guaranteed

  • Training: Approximately 3-4 weeks before taking live calls

Shifts Available

  • 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM ET

  • 12:00 PM - 8:30 PM ET

  • 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM ET

Due to current staffing needs, shift assignments may be flexible initially. Once the team reaches full staffing, employees will move to their preferred shift.

What You'll Do

  • Provide customer support through phone, chat, and email

  • Troubleshoot account, payment, technical, and game-related issues

  • Answer customer questions and clearly explain solutions

  • Navigate multiple systems to research and resolve customer concerns

  • Document customer interactions accurately

  • Deliver a positive customer experience from start to finish

What We're Looking For

  • Customer service, call center, or related experience

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities

  • Comfortable working with multiple computer systems and applications

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment

  • Reliable and comfortable working onsite 3 days per week

Pay Details: $19.00 per hour
