In this role, you'll be the go-to resource for customers trying to identify the right part for their machine, guiding them through their options and getting their order into their hands as smoothly as possible. This is a product-knowledge-driven role: as you build expertise across our catalog of pinball, arcade, and game room equipment over time, you'll grow into providing phone-based technical support to help customers troubleshoot issues with their machines. This might be the right gig for you if:You want to use your high school education, three (3) years of experience in a customer facing role, and communication skills to respond to customer inquiries by phone, email, and online messaging to understand what customers need and guide them through their options You pride yourself on your problem-solving skills, have strong attention to details, and can accurately process orders, returns, and warranty replacements professionally, efficiently, and with care You are patient and possess a mechanical aptitude to troubleshoot and walk customers through equipment issues, reference manuals or diagrams, and determine next steps for repair or service needsYou take ownership of your work, proactively solve challenges as they arise, and value having autonomy to make decisions that support both the customer and the businessYou're organized, enjoy learning new things, and are comfortable working within Google Suite, ERP systems, and web platforms while maintaining accurate records and service documentationWhat we're offering:Cool culture – We have been known to race go-karts, have March Madness contests, Pinball Tournaments, and Summer Fridays.
