GENERAL SUMMARY:

As the Company's Warehouse Operations Coordinator, this role coordinates the day-to-day warehouse operations that support production and customer deliveries. Working closely with Production, Customer Experience, Service, and Warehouse personnel, this role manages inventory procurement, material flow, shipping activities, and returned products while helping ensure material availability, inventory accuracy, and operational efficiency.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES
  • Coordinate daily warehouse activities to support production requirements and ontime customer deliveries.
  • Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments, including carrier scheduling, shipping documentation, and delivery tracking.
  • Monitor inventory levels and procure inventory to maintain material availability and uninterrupted production.
  • Maintain accurate warehouse and inventory transactions within the Company's ERP system to ensure inventory integrity and operational visibility.
  • Coordinate the warehouse receipt and processing of Returned Material Authorizations (RMAs), ensuring returned equipment and documentation are verified, routed appropriately, and accurately recorded within the Company's ERP system.
  • Assist with inventory audits, cycle counts, and reconciliation of inventory discrepancies.
  • Support warehouse organization, inventory control, and continuous improvement initiatives that improve operational efficiency and inventory accuracy.
  • Coordinate material movements between warehouse locations and production areas to maintain efficient material flow.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
  • SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS
  • Working knowledge of inventory control, purchasing, shipping and receiving, and warehouse operations.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fastpaced environment.
  • Demonstrated attention to detail and commitment to inventory accuracy and operational excellence.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively across departments.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Outlook, and Word
  • REQUIREMENTS:
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations Management, or a related field preferred; or equivalent experience.
  • 2+ years of experience in warehouse operations, inventory management, logistics, or materials coordination within a manufacturing environment preferred.
  • Experience with ERP systems; SAP experience strongly preferred
  • PHYSICAL, MENTAL AND ENVIRONMENTAL DEMANDS:

    Assigned duties are accomplished within an office environment, and in various casinos where walking, sitting, bending, reaching, talking, hearing and good vision is required. May be required to lift up to 50 lbs. May be required to travel.
