What You'll Expect
Table Games Dealers operate assigned casino table games while delivering an engaging, accurate, and entertaining guest experience. This role is responsible for managing game play, wagers, and payouts in accordance with internal controls, gaming regulations, and service standards.
What You'll Do
  • Deal assigned table games efficiently and accurately while managing bets, payouts, chips, and cards in accordance with game rules and internal controls
  • Provide friendly, professional, and engaging guest service while explaining game rules and maintaining an enjoyable gaming atmosphere
  • Ensure proper wager placement, accurate payouts, and secure handling of currency, chips, and game documentation
  • Communicate effectively with supervisors and fellow dealers to maintain smooth table operations and shift transitions
  • Identify and respond appropriately to issues, service needs, or irregularities during game play

What You'll Bring
  • Completion of a casino dealer training program or equivalent experience
  • Strong mathematical skills to calculate wagers, odds, and payouts accurately
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication skills and ability to interact with guests from diverse backgrounds
  • Manual dexterity and attention to detail when handling cards, chips, and equipment

What We Require

  • Tip pooling is optional/voluntary for tipped employees
