Escape U is seeking a passionate and detail-oriented Game Master to join our team in St Augustine, FL. As an industry leader in immersive escape room experiences, we're committed to providing our guests with unforgettable adventures.

Our ideal candidate is a dynamic individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment. You'll be responsible for [list of key responsibilities, such as booking appointments, managing game flow, or providing exceptional customer service].

Responsibilities:

  • Pre-Game Preparation: Set up and prepare escape rooms for incoming guests, ensuring all props, puzzles, and equipment are setup and in working order.
  • Guest Experience: Greet guests, deliver introduction monologues, provide clear instructions, and monitor their progress throughout the game. Our games require the Game Master to act as certain characters in the room. Memorizing lines is required.
  • Problem-Solving: Assist guests when they encounter challenges, offering hints and guidance without revealing the solutions.
  • Post-Game Debrief: Conduct post-game debriefings, gathering feedback and addressing any issues.
  • Maintenance: Assist with general maintenance of escape rooms, including cleaning, repairs, and prop replacement.
