Game Tool Designers are professionals who create and maintain software tools that assist game developers in building, editing, and optimizing video games. They work closely with artists, programmers, and designers to streamline workflows and improve efficiency in the game development process. Their tools can range from level editors to asset management systems, and they play a crucial role in ensuring that the development team can work faster and with fewer technical hurdles.

What skills and qualifications are needed to thrive as a game tool designer?
