From repairing and upgrading gaming terminals to configuring kiosks, keno devices, and even table games with computer interfaces-you'll make sure the thrill never stops. What does a Gaming Technician do?
  • Consistently provides customer satisfaction through technical support of end users by responding to and following up on support calls (routed by phone, email, radio, and face to face), work requests, and project tasks
  • Performs repairs, conduct maintenance and upgrades, installments and configurations of all gaming devices including, but not limited to: gaming terminals, kiosks, keno devices, bingo devices, and table games with computer interfaces. Will utilizes all available tools and utilities for solving user issues.
  • Performs routine preventative maintenance on all equipment per the Gaming Technician maintenance schedule, with assistance from Senior Level Gaming Technician as necessary.

Work Experience
Key attributes we're seeking as a Gaming Technician:
  • An Associate degree in Computer Science or other related technical field and/or minimum equivalent experience of three years working in an IT environment.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Windows Operating Systems, and basic networking concepts. Must be comfortable supporting command line controls and various operating systems.
  • Ability to conduct basic troubleshooting of electronics; must be able to diagnose and analyze technical problems.
  • Being comfortable using power and hand tools such as crimpers, drills, soldering irons, saws, screwdrivers, multi meters and wrenches.
  • Must possess a valid Driver's License
  • Ability to stand/walk for long periods of time and lift up to 100 pounds.
