Description

Responsibilities:

  • If a Licensed EMT, provides EMT Services to Patrons and Team Members as necessary and within the parameters mandated by State Regulations.
  • Enforces company policies/procedures as they apply to the Internal Controls & Indiana Gaming Commission rules/ regulations.
  • Prepares reports and Security logs, dispatches Security Officers to assignments as required.
  • Monitors fire alarm systems, dispatches appropriate internal contacts and external agencies.
  • Escorts cheques, tokens, cash, and patrons as directed.
  • Collects and transports drop boxes to the storage / holding area.
  • Administers first aid when required.
  • Fulfill station bill requirements when required.
  • Reports all designated activities to the Supervisor/appropriate authority.
  • Must be able to patrol the perimeter and entire property.
  • May be required to ride a mountain bike style bicycle for a sustained period of time (1-2-hour intervals throughout an 8-hour shift).
  • Knowledgeable of the Indiana Gaming regulations as well as the company's internal controls, policies, and procedures.
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.; and be able to push, pull, grasp, reach, stoop, bend, twist and climb up and down stairs.
  • Must be able to work a variety of hours, holidays, and weekends.
  • Must be able to work in extreme weather conditions.
  • Must be able to work in an environment with secondhand smoke, loud noises, and large crowds.
  • Vision abilities include close and distance vision, color and peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
  • Frequently required to sit and occasionally climb, balance, stoop or kneel.
  • Must be able to stand and walk for prolong periods of time (7+ hours).
  • Always follow the Company Service Standards model.
  • Must be available for regularly scheduled work and be able to work a variety of hours, holidays, and weekends.
  • Other duties may be assigned at any time.

Work Environment:

The Casino industry is a 24 Hour 365-day operation. This position will primarily be indoors under controlled temperatures. Occasional exposure to outdoor climates.

Target Salary Range:

Hourly $16.00
