THE JOB:
Step into the spotlight as a Table Games Floor Supervisor-the driving force behind a seamless, high-energy gaming experience. You'll lead a dynamic team of dealers, ensure games run smoothly, and deliver top-tier guest service with every hand.
THE SCHEDULE: SWING 8:00PM - 4:00AM
THE DAY-TO-DAY:
  • Game & Dealer Oversight: Lead and support dealers on the floor to ensure games are run smoothly, accurately, and with outstanding guest service.
  • Table Operations & Compliance: Oversee table operations by maintaining bankrolls, verifying documentation, and ensuring all procedures and equipment are handled with integrity.
  • Player Management & Risk Awareness: Monitor and evaluate player activity, respond to unusual behavior or high-limit play, and alert management to any concerns or irregularities.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:
  • At least 21 years of age
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 2+ years of experience as a table games dealer or in casino operations
  • Proficient in dealing at least 2 core games and all carnival games
  • Previous casino operations supervisory experience preferred

Pay Rate:
The rate for this role is:
$33.80
This rate represents a good faith estimate of the wage rate that MGM reasonably expects to pay for the position upon hire.
Pay will not be below any applicable minimum wage.
Should overtime be worked, employees are paid overtime pay in accordance with state requirements.
