Responsibilities

  • Creates and ensures a fun-filled and entertaining environment where the flawless delivery and execution of service excellence are paramount.
  • Provides accurate and efficient dealing at assigned table games by providing the rules of the game to guests, according to state and facility established requirements.
  • Adheres to all company and departmental policies and procedures and state regulations as it relates to this position.
  • Ability to calculate odds quickly and accurately to pay winning bets and collect losing bets.
  • Performs accurate chip and cash transactions.
  • Maintains game security and always protects company assets.
  • Enthusiastically supports, actively promotes, and demonstrates superior customer service in accordance with department and company standards and programs.
  • Performs all other related duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Must successfully pass an audition to determine the performance levels and abilities.
  • Must be able to work a flexible schedule according to business needs, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Previous dealing experience preferred
  • Knowledge of multiple table games preferred; Blackjack/Craps or Blackjack/Roulette
  • Successful completion of dealer school / program required.
  • Must be able to obtain a Maryland Lottery License
