  • Deal Live Table Games: Conduct live games efficiently and professionally to ensure a fantastic guest experience.
  • Bet Management: Accurately pay winning bets and collect losing bets.
  • Game Security: Ensure the game's security and protection.
  • Game Knowledge: Maintain thorough knowledge of game procedures and “House Rules.”
  • Guest Interaction: Maintain a friendly and fun attitude to ensure our guests have an enjoyable gaming experience.
  • Licenses & Certifications: Must be able to obtain and maintain an Iowa Gaming License.
