Job description

Oneida Technical Solutions, LLC (OTS), established in 2014, is a trusted provider of IT and cyber solutions in highly complex, regulated, and secure environments. Our expertise spans the U.S. Department of Defense (DoD), healthcare, higher education, law enforcement, retail, casino gaming, and beyond.With a reputation for delivering innovative cyber capabilities and IT modernization projects, OTS accelerates the implementation of cutting-edge solutions for DoD and commercial clients.Oneida Technical Solutions LLC (OTS) is seeking an experienced Junior Project Manager to support a contract in Fort Belvoir, VA. This position is located at Fort Belvoir in Virginia and reports to the Senior Program Manager.Duties and Responsibilities:Immediately report any imminent system failure to the COR within 30 minutes and provide a recommended operational or repair solution, followed by a written report (e-mail or memo).Document substandard conditions to the COR in writing for review and final disposition. In the event of a safety hazard, request and obtain verbal approval for corrective action from the COR.Oversee the project, ensure it is on track, and review all process modification decisions.Attend weekly and monthly status meetings and all required leadership meetings.Work on contractor personnel staffing and security issues, facilitating access to controlled facilities on the installation.Provide on-site technical guidance to corresponding Government personnel.Develop project plans for short-term and/or temporary initiatives.Provide management status reports to the COR and the RNEC-NCR Director.Develop a Quality Control Plan (QCP) and implement a QC program to satisfy contract requirements.Minimum Qualifications:Possess knowledge of process mapping, process reengineering, workflow analysis, and process analysis/design within IT organizations.The JPM shall be the Contractor's on-site representative responsible for the performance of all work identified in this contract. The Contractor must designate the name of the JPM in writing to the KO and the COR.The JPM shall be available on a part-time basis during contract Phase In and full-time by the contract start date.The Contractor shall provide a method for the COR to contact the JPM within 30 minutes during normal duty hours.After normal duty hours, the JPM or designated representative shall be available to meet with Government representatives within two (2) hours of notification.The JPM must be technically qualified in administration, troubleshooting, maintenance, installation, and engineering procedures.The JPM shall also be technically proficient in configuration, installation, upgrade, and troubleshooting of applicable OSP, NIPRNET, SIPRNET systems and devices, and Telephone Service operations.Must have an ACTIVE Secret ClearanceMust have an ACTIVE Sec+ CertOTS is an equal opportunity employer and considers all qualified applicants without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, disability, marital status, veteran status, sexual orientation, gender identity, genetic information, or any other protected characteristic under applicable law.
