Tailgate Game Day Interns are needed on site in the fall of 2026 for up to 6 Saturday home games at the University of Cincinnati:

- September 5 vs. Boston College

- September 12 vs. Western Carolina

- September 26 vs. Kansas State

- October 24 vs. Texas Tech

- October 31 vs. Utah

- November 21 vs. Colorado

Position Summary

REVELxp is the exclusive field-level suite partner for the University of Cincinnati football program and provides private event spaces on the field of Nippert Stadium for groups of clients. Game day interns are vital to the smooth operation of each game day, as members of the staff represent the REVELxp brand while providing assistance, hospitality, and customer service to each suite guest.


Duties and Responsibilities


  • Greet customers and guests warmly and provide an exceptional game day experience.
  • Ensure professional presentation of all tailgates by arriving 6-7 hours prior to kick off by moving coolers, furniture and cushions, hanging up TVs, wiping down surfaces, and completing quality control checks according to logs and diagrams.
  • Personal Suite Attendant Responsibilities - check-in and lead guests to their reserved suite, provide information of what is included in the package and locations of various amenities, answer any questions, and inform when the buffet and suites close for the day.
  • Exhibit outstanding customer service by checking in with guests to ensure their needs are met and having an unforgettable experience. Be proactive in assisting by restocking any complimentary drinks/snacks/ice, tidying up, taking group pictures, and informing safe times to enter and exit by the athletes.
  • Respond promptly to customer needs, requests, and inquiries, addressing concerns with professionalism and a can-do attitude.
  • Assist the Event Manager + General Manager with day-of operational tasks, including managing supplies, tracking traffic and attendance within the suites, and stay aligned with the game day timeline.
  • Close the site properly and in an organized manner through managing leftover food/drinks, proper equipment breakdown, store valuable inventory to the secured storage area.

Requirements

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Must be available to work every home game (August to late November) (10-12 hours).

Expectations:

The intern is expected to act in a courteous manner and dress presentably as he/she will be representing UC Athletics and REVELXP. The intern is also expected to work closely with his/her immediate manager and keep the manager informed of any issues relating to donor/employee safety and satisfaction. The intern should understand that he/she will be perceived by donors and staff as a management team member.
