We are seeking one or two charismatic and energetic Game Masters to join our dynamic team. As a Game Master, you will be responsible for creating a magical and entertaining experience for our guests. If you have a passion for hospitality and a knack for making people smile, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

Responsibilities

- Welcome and engage with guests in a friendly and welcoming manner.
- Lead the escape rooms that cater to guests of all ages.
- Utilize your public speaking skills to ensure that all guests are informed and involved in the activities.
- Provide exceptional customer service by being attentive to guests' needs and resolving any conflicts that may arise.
- Manage cash handling and point-of-sale systems efficiently and accurately.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless experience for all guests.
- Create a safe and enjoyable environment by enforcing safety protocols and being aware of any hazards.
- Participate in theater-style productions and performances to create a memorable experience for our guests.
- Maintain a clean and organized environment to ensure the highest level of hospitality.
