As a Game Master, you will be the face of the player experience—guiding guests through immersive escape room adventures, ensuring smooth game operations, and delivering exceptional customer service. This role blends hospitality, storytelling, and operational execution in a fast-paced, fun environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome and brief guests on game rules, storyline, and safety procedures
  • Monitor live games and provide hints/clues to enhance player experience
  • Reset rooms quickly and accurately between sessions
  • Ensure all props, puzzles, and technical components function properly
