ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
I opened my agency in 2020 and currently lead a team of two. My journey with State Farm started early—when I was 16, my mother worked as a team member, and I began helping in the office as an office assistant. While I was in college, she opened her own agency, and after graduate school I joined her team, gaining valuable experience before eventually opening my own office.
I attended Virginia Tech and am very close with my extended family. Outside of work, I enjoy playing pickleball, board games, throwing a frisbee, traveling, and spending time with family and friends. I stay involved in the community by sponsoring local events and supporting animal rescue programs. Building strong community relationships and giving back are important values for our agency.
Our agency offers a hiring bonus, flexibility, and a strong commitment to work-life balance. I place a high priority on my team’s mental health and overall quality of life because I believe people do their best work when they feel supported both professionally and personally.
Our culture is built on trust, accountability, and consistency. I’m not a micromanager, so I’m looking for someone who takes initiative, works hard, and can be counted on to follow through. The ideal candidate is coachable, receptive to feedback, and motivated to continue improving. If you’re looking for a supportive environment where you’ll have the freedom to grow and make an impact, this could be a great fit for you.
