This role offers hands-on experience in coaching, operations, and program management, with the opportunity to grow into a larger leadership position over time.

  • Help manage program details including class setup, waitlists, and make-up scheduling
  • Support marketing efforts such as social media updates, photo collection, and promotional communications
  • Help ensure coaches have the materials, information, and support they need for successful sessions

  • Strong communication skills when working with families, school partners, and teammates
  • Comfortable using technology such as email, registration systems, and basic spreadsheets
  • Interest in learning the operational side of a growing organization
  • Passionate about early childhood development and making a difference
  • Willingness to work a flexible schedule that includes daytime coaching hours and occasional evenings and Saturday mornings
