As an Associate Director, Product, Access & Identity, you'll lead the strategy and execution for the platforms that power how customers create accounts, authenticate, and manage their identities across our ecosystem. You'll set the long-term vision for Access & Identity while leading a team of Product Managers responsible for foundational customer experiences that support growth, security, and regulatory compliance. Working closely with Engineering, Design, Analytics, Legal, and business stakeholders, you'll align teams around shared priorities and deliver experiences that serve millions of customers. Your leadership will help define the future of authentication, identity, and account management across our platform.
What you'll do as an Associate Director, Product, Access & Identity
  • Lead, develop, and inspire a team of Product Managers, fostering a culture of ownership, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Define and drive the long-term product strategy and roadmap for Access & Identity, balancing customer experience, platform scalability, security, and regulatory requirements.
  • Own the Access & Identity product portfolio, ensuring investments across authentication, account management, onboarding, and identity services align with company priorities and long-term platform strategy.
  • Partner closely with Engineering, Design, Analytics, Legal, Operations, and Responsible Gaming teams to deliver secure, compliant, and customer-centric identity experiences.
  • Drive the strategy for customer onboarding, authentication, and account management experiences that improve acquisition, engagement, retention, and operational efficiency.
  • Use customer insights, experimentation, and performance data to identify opportunities to improve identity experiences and inform product investment decisions.
  • Represent the Access & Identity organization in senior leadership and executive forums, influencing strategic direction, investment decisions, and cross-functional prioritization.
  • Raise the bar for product management by establishing best practices for roadmap planning, stakeholder communication, team development, and product execution.

What you'll bring
  • Bachelor's Degree or any suitable combination of education, experience, and training.
  • At least 8 years of experience in Product Management at a large-scale, growth-oriented company, including at least 4 years leading and developing high-performing Product Management teams.
  • Deep experience defining product strategy, building long-term roadmaps, and delivering complex platform capabilities across cross-functional organizations.
  • Experience leading customer identity, authentication, account management, onboarding, or access-related platforms across web and mobile experiences.
  • Strong understanding of platform architecture, security principles, authentication technologies, and regulatory considerations related to identity management.
  • Proven ability to influence senior leaders, align cross-functional teams, and drive strategic decisions across complex organizations.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with experience using data and customer insights to prioritize investments and measure business impact.
  • Experience building high-performing Product Management teams through coaching, mentorship, and thoughtful career development.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is 160,000.00 USD - 200,000.00 USD, plus bonus, equity, and benefits as applicable. Our ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
