Job description


As a Data Scientist in our Mobile Gaming Marketing team, you will power data-driven UA and growth through analytics, predictive modeling, and automation. You’ll own and improve our pLTV and forecasting models, support A/B testing and ad-hoc insights, and help build tools that streamline bidding, budgeting, and reporting. Working closely with UA, Product, and Data teams, you’ll ensure data quality and turn complex results into clear insights that guide fast, smart decisions.

YOUR MISSION
  • Performance Analysis: Partner with UA managers to analyze campaign data, identify growth drivers, and highlight optimization opportunities

  • Forecasting: Evaluate user behavior, channel performance, ad fraud, and organic uplift to improve creative, targeting, and channel strategies

  • Automation: Build tools (e.g., Python scripts, dashboards) to automate creative testing, real-time budget/bid adjustments, and reporting workflows

  • pLTV Modeling: Own and refine predicted LTV models, ensuring accurate integration and validation with internal/external partners

  • Data Quality: Maintain reliable data pipelines, ensure accuracy across teams, and proactively resolve data issues

  • Insights & Visualization: Create clear dashboards and reports that communicate model results, test findings, and recommendations to stakeholders


YOUR BACKSTORY
  • 2-5 years of professional experience in data science, data analytics, data modeling, experimentation

  • Advanced-level proficiency in Python and SQL.

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with demonstrated experience partnering across Product, Engineering, Data, and Game teams

  • Familiarity with big data tools and cloud computing platforms (e.g., GCP, AWS)

  • Relevant experience with advertising technology and solutions is a plus
