YOUR ROLE IN CREATING GERONIMOMENTS

As the Games Attendant, you are responsible for effectively serving customers and extending great customer service by providing information to help with gaming attractions, presenting order choices, and maintaining a fun competitive gaming experience by promoting a exciting, fun, and friendly atmosphere.


EVERY DAY, YOU WILL

  • Ensure all guests are greeted in quick and friendly way
  • Greet customers with a smile and a welcoming attitude; maintain eye contact with the customer when speaking to them and acknowledge their requests or inquiries.
  • Suggest all attractions along with food and drink options.
  • Work closely with management to immediately address all customer concerns and create a fun gaming experience
  • Confirm all BEO's and/reservations for the day with MOD
  • Assist with setting tables and rearranging tables to accommodate parties
  • Detailed knowing and understanding menus and gaming attractions/
  • Maintains cleanliness standards in the entry way, front desk and gaming attractions, to keep a presentable and attractive facility for our guest
  • Receives proper payment from guest and ensures accuracy of guest check and method of payment to safeguard customer and company.
  • Completes all restocking and cleaning duties by performing opening and closing sidework as instructed.
  • Attends all pre-shift and departmental meetings in person to enhance communications and gain knowledge of products, service and facilities.
  • Respect all your co-workers and managers
  • Responds to customer inquiries and comments in person and on phone by providing timely and knowledgeable information to provide quality customer service.
  • Always present a clean and professional appearance.
