Job description

Overview

We are on a mission to pioneer the world’s next era of play. As we grow across Europe and Latin America, we’re building The Playstack — the technology powering the next generation of sports, gaming, and fan experiences. Join us to help make it the most widely used platform in the world. We are looking for talented people who will shape how millions of customers play, watch, and connect every day.

You’ll be joining as a Lead Product Manager for the Content Creation product area, owning and shaping the long-term product vision and roadmap while leading and growing cross-functional game studios to drive growth, retention and monetisation at scale. As a senior leader within the product organisation, you'll help shape the games that millions of players engage with every day and directly influence Super's competitive position in new and existing markets, operating with high autonomy and accountability while balancing player delight with commercial performance.

Responsibilities
  • Vision, Strategy & Performance: Define and execute the product strategy and roadmap for Content Creation, prioritising high-impact initiatives to drive key outcomes and achieve OKRs — owning core KPIs (ARPU, DAU, LTV, retention, monetisation) and communicating vision, strategy and performance to senior stakeholders to ensure cross-departmental alignment.
  • Cross-Functional Studio Leadership: Lead cross-functional squads — including designers, engineers, QA, artists and analysts — to deliver games and features that enhance both player experience and commercial outcomes, supporting Game Studios to discover creative solutions that increase traction on outcomes.
  • AI-First Workflow: Use AI tools like Claude as a primary workflow — querying and analysing game performance data conversationally, building your own dashboards without needing engineering support, vibe-coding rapid prototypes to validate game mechanics, and using AI to generate and stress-test new game concepts before committing to a development cycle.
  • GTM & Live Ops: Drive GTM, Live Ops and marketing initiatives, leveraging high-trust relationships with local market stakeholders to ensure regional relevance and optimal product-market fit.
  • Discovery & Hypothesis-Driven Development: Translate user research, data analytics and market trends into actionable product opportunities — defining a hypothesis-driven development process with Research and Experimentation teams to validate concepts via rigorous analysis, using multiple research methods before committing resources.
  • Product Execution: Lead the Product Development Lifecycle end-to-end, acting as the primary escalation point for risks and blockers, managing the product backlog and authoring comprehensive PRDs — championing a player-centric culture with a rigorous focus on business objectives, including active involvement in UAT.
  • People Leadership: Coach and manage other Product Managers, fostering professional growth and establishing departmental best practices.
Qualifications
  • 5+ years of product management experience, with at least 2 years in mobile or iGaming games development
  • Visionary and strategic leader with a hands-on approach, known for ambitious thinking and natural problem-solving
  • Proven track record of leading cross-functional game studios, aligning on goals, timelines and deliverables
  • Analytical mindset with confidence using data tools (Excel/Google Sheets, BI dashboards, or AI-assisted analytics) to drive decision-making, comfortable using AI to interrogate data, generate insights and speed up analysis
  • Deep understanding of game mechanics, player behaviour/psychology, live ops and engagement strategies
  • Genuine passion for games, with an understanding of the market and sharp insights on what makes a game great
  • Comfortable operating in fast-paced, agile environments
  • Curious about and actively experimenting with AI tools, for data analysis, game ideation, development acceleration or workflow automation
  • Proactive and curious, with strong attention to detail and a willingness to learn
  • Excellent communication skills, able to coordinate across teams and serve as a central point of contact for stakeholders
Nice to have
  • Experience scaling game studios
  • Experience with regulatory or compliance considerations
  • Experience balancing game economies
  • Experience launching titles globally
