Description
Create high-impact marketing and promotional materials for print, digital, social media, outdoor advertising, video, and TV campaigns across multiple casino properties. This role requires strong creative skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple deadlines and shifting priorities in a fast-paced production environment. Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to develop engaging campaigns while maintaining brand standards and compliance with Nevada State Gaming Control regulations and company policies. This position is onsite at our Gold Ranch Casino in Dayton, Nevada.

Qualifications
  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign required.
  • Experience with Adobe Premiere Pro and/or After Effects experience preferred.
  • Strong understanding of typography, layout, color, visual hierarchy, and production-ready file setup.
  • Experience creating print, digital, social media, video, and large-format marketing materials.
  • Experience creating video content for social media, OTT advertising, digital signage, and promotional campaigns preferred.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, revisions, and shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail, organization, and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team environment.
  • Experience filming basic promotional content and events using iPhone or similar mobile devices preferred.
  • Prior casino gaming, hospitality, entertainment, or promotional marketing experience preferred.
  • Degree in Graphic Design or related field preferred.

  • Must be at least 21 years of age.

Essential Functions:
Graphic Design
  • Design high-volume marketing materials including promotional posters, direct mail, digital ads, social media graphics, email campaigns, signage, billboards, web graphics, and print advertisements.
  • Prepare production-ready artwork for print, large format, digital signage, LED boards, social media, and web platforms.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute creative campaigns across multiple casino properties.
  • Manage multiple projects, revisions, and deadlines in a fast-paced environment while maintaining strong attention to detail.
  • Adapt quickly to changing priorities and production needs.

Video Editing & Content Creation
  • Edit and produce short-form video content for social media, OTT ads, in-house screens, and promotions.
  • Capture basic photo and video content using iPhone or similar mobile devices.
  • Utilize Adobe Premiere Pro, Motion Array templates, and motion graphics elements to create engaging video content.
  • Add text animation, transitions, music, sound effects, and branded graphics to videos.
  • Repurpose content for multiple platforms and formats including reels, widescreen, portrait, and digital signage.

Workflow & Team Collaboration
  • Work independently while collaborating effectively within a creative team environment.
  • Maintain organized project files and digital asset libraries.
  • Accept feedback professionally and adapt to evolving creative direction and business needs.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Work Environment and ADA Requirements:
Must be able to sit, walk and/or stand for long periods of time. Must be able to move about the casino and operational areas freely, without restriction. Must be able to converse over the telephone in a clear and efficient manner. Must be able to lift and carry a minimum of 20 pounds. Must be able to stoop, bend, crawl, and reach. Must have the manual dexterity required to write and operate computer. Must be able to listen and respond to visual and aural cues. When on the casino floor, must be able to tolerate areas containing secondhand smoke, high noise levels, bright lights, and dust.
