Job description

Summary of Responsibilities:
  • Game Day Ambassadors are primarily responsible for providing excellent customer service through various game day tasks including guest relations, fun zones, and revenue-generated stations.
  • Individuals chosen for these positions must be available to work nights, weekends, holidays and variable hours as assigned, based on the organization's regular and postseason schedule.
  • Game Day Ambassadors will also be responsible for working community events and special events throughout the calendar year.

Essential Functions of the Job
  • Assist fans with any questions, comments, and concerns at the guest relations kiosk
  • Assist with making the distribution process of promotional and theme items as seamless as possible
  • Create a positive and memorable experience for fans through revenue-generated game day stations
  • Complete all other duties as assigned

Education and Experience Required
  • Must be 18 years or older
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent communication, collaboration and interpersonal skills, with proven ability to work with people from diverse backgrounds
  • Ability to take ownership of assigned business areas and address issues as they arise
  • Self-motivated with a high degree of integrity
  • Excellent attention to detail, organizational & time management skills
  • Excellent work ethic and ability to learn quickly, multi-task, and prioritize various workloads
  • Physical demands: at least 50% walking and 20% using stairs

Education and Experience Preferred
  • Currently pursuing an Undergraduate degree from College or University with an emphasis in Hospitality, Public Relations, Communications, Business, Marketing, Sports Administration/Management, Event/Entertainment Management or a related field
