This is a general posting that will serve for multiple part-time, non-benefitted game day/event positions with Technical Services.  Should we be interested in pursuing your application, we will contact you with the specific information.

Position Summary

The Division of Athletics at the University of Denver is currently seeking part-time employees to serve as gameday production support. These positions support production on game day (in-game, webcasts, broadcast) and events at the Ritchie Center.  These positions require past experience with broadcast cameras, broadcast audio, replay servers, broadcast graphics, broadcast switchers, etc.

This is a non-benefited position not to exceed 1,000 hours in a calendar year.

Essential Functions

  • Utilize broadcast equipment and/or fulfill position to produce games and commercial events.
  • Involves working game/event day, which involves setup, event production, and teardown.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Ability to stand for long periods of time for certain positions.
  • Ability to work indoors and outdoors for specific sports and events. Evening and weekend hours are expected.
  • Ability to move equipment up to 50lbs.
  • Work on a team with fast paced environment.

Required Qualifications

  • Past experience with broadcast and in-game production equipment-As required for the specific role within the production.

Work Schedule

  • Part-time, based on event schedule.

Pay Range

Game rate is based on position, ranging from $100-$210/per game. Events are hourly at $30/hour. These are non-student positions.

The University may ultimately pay more or less than the posted compensation range. The salary offered to the selected candidate will be determined based on factors such as the qualifications of the selected candidate, departmental budget availability, internal salary equity considerations, and available market information, but not based on a candidate's sex or any other protected status.
