Position Summary

We're looking for a Front Office MVP who is ready to bring their A-game to our Human Resources team! This position serves as the first point of contact for visitors, candidates, vendors, and employees while providing administrative support to the HR department. The ideal candidate is welcoming, highly organized, detail-oriented, and enjoys balancing a variety of responsibilities throughout the day.

When the front desk isn't busy, you'll assist with a wide range of Human Resources projects and administrative tasks, helping support recruiting, onboarding, employee engagement, HR records, and other department initiatives. If you enjoy variety, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and take pride in creating a positive first impression, we'd love to have you on our team.

Front Desk Playbook

  • Answer incoming calls with professionalism, enthusiasm, and exceptional customer service.
  • Direct calls to the appropriate department or team member.
  • Greet visitors, candidates, vendors, and employees with a friendly and welcoming attitude.
  • Assist with visitor check-in procedures and maintain visitor logs as needed.
