THE ROLE: 

As the Program Manager with a focus on the data analytics and metrics, you will have the opportunity to create various data views and support leading CPU design organization. Solid skills on data analytics both on front and back end areas and generating necessary data views to the design leadership are the key focus area of this role. 

THE PERSON: 

The right candidate will have solid knowledge of program management, impeccable track record of delivering complex data analytic programs, and experience with Excel, PowerBI, PowerApps, etc. are required. 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: 

  • Deliver data analytics views on various operational data (AppID, travel, AI usage tracking, etc.)
  • Drive improvements on the existing data trackers
  • Collaborates with core teams and execution teams to identify areas that require special attention or escalations to identify corrective actions 
  • Collect, analyze, organize and publish work performance data via dashboards and recurring status reports 
  • Strong self-motivator, with a sense of urgency when needed and strong crisis management skills
  • Utilize various AI tools to automate and improve current processes

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE: 

  • Proven data analytics & Program Management experience in dynamic and competitive industry, particularly within leading edge engineering teams
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills 
  • Flexible working schedule to manage global program execution team (Asia and North America emphasis) 

ACADEMIC CREDENTIALS: 

  • Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics or Computer/Electrical Engineering is desired.
