We represent active buyers including private equity platforms and institutional capital, sourcing

and closing acquisitions across trade services, industrial, and consumer sectors. Our analyst

program is built around live deal flow. You will not be observing transactions. You will be

expected to source opportunities and move deals forward.

This is a high-volume, fast-paced, performance-driven role. The people who advance here

move fast, qualify hard, and take ownership of their pipeline from week one.

This role involves high daily call volume. Expect 150–200+ outbound calls per day.

Buyside Outreach and Sourcing

I. Represent active acquisition mandates. Identify and qualify seller conversations on behalf of PE platforms and institutional buyers

deploying capital now.

II. Opportunity Research and Scoring

Build targeted acquisition lists. Evaluate businesses against mandate criteria. Research private equity firms by fund thesis, AUM, and

portfolio gaps.

III. Transaction Coordination

Manage deal process between qualified sellers and buyers. NDA execution, materials distribution, scheduling, and process continuity

from first call through LOI.

IV. PE Firm Engagement

Interface directly with private equity firms. Build contact maps, draft outreach, and coordinate introductions with fund decision-makers
